Deliveries are made following these terms. with the orders being received by midnight on the day prior to baking, for example, order on Monday and the Box will be made on the Tuesday for despatch on that day (unless you have chosen another date in the future for delivery):
We offer FREE delivery on the day of baking to the following areas:
Capel, Crawley, Copthorne, Horsham, Horley, East Grinstead, Redhill and anywhere within a 10 mile radius of Crawley

We offer PAID delivery on the same day of baking to the following areas:
Brighton, Croydon, Sutton, Dorking, Worthing, Lewes, Merstham, Burgess Hill, Steyning and locations along the M23 corridor.
The cost of this delivery is £7.00
The above deliveries are for orders received on Monday to Friday. All orders are baked to order and baked on the day after the order is received or on the date requested. Any orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday as there are no deliveries on Sunday.
We offer PAID delivery to all other areas not named in the above listings but delivery will be made using a 3rd party next day courier service.
Delivery to all other areas is by the next day courier at a cost of £7.00 per Box of 4 scones. Orders for this type of delivery can only be accepted Monday to Thursday. An example is orders received on Monday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday on the next day courier service. Orders received on Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday to be received on Tuesday. Deliveries cannot be guaranteed if you want the Box to arrive on a particular date but we do expect the Box to arrive as requested.

All orders are packed on the day of despatch with the scones being baked on that day also. FREE Deliveries are made after 12noon Monday to Saturday. Orders must be received by 10.00pm on the day before to go out the next day. Any orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday following.
If you wish your Cream Tea Box to be delivered on a certain date, please let us know.
Please ensure someone will be available to accept delivery on your Cream Tea Box as if delivery cannot be made, a re-delivery charge of £2.95 will be made.
We do not run a same day service unless we have a cancelled order or we over bake.
RETURNS
As we are a small artisan bakery we are only able to accept returns if there is something wrong with the products within the Cream Tea Box. All produce within the Cream Tea Box are quality checked before being delivered.
You may cancel your order if the cancellation is received in writing by 9.00am as the scones are baked on the morning of delivery. Unfortunately for this reason, there will be a cancellation fee of £3.95 if after this time, to go towards the cost of the scones made.
A full refund is offered on cancellations before 9.00am on the day of delivery and a part refund less the cancellation fee for those after the cut off time.
